Off Center Ceramics was founded in 2025 by Moses Starr from NY based ceramic studio, Moklé Studio as a response to the need for something slower, smaller, and more intentional. Our space is built around the idea that you don’t have to be perfect—or even good—to begin. You just have to show up.

We believe in the power of creative community, the beauty of wobble, and the ritual of working with your hands. Our studio is structured but forgiving. Encouraging but unfussy. A place for beginners to surprise themselves—and for regulars to stay curious.
